Illustrative workflow examples
AI workflow examples.
Plan your own.
These three examples describe proposed workflows, not client deployments or achieved results. Explore the steps, the human review and what a pilot would need to measure.

Start with a measurement plan
Each example names the input, the proposed change and the approval step. A real pilot would need a baseline and agreed success criteria before anyone could claim an improvement.
Choose The Closest Workflow
Choose a task that looks familiar. The examples are starting points for a conversation; they do not imply that these systems have been deployed for a client.
Procurement review with source checks
A proposed route from tender documents to an evidence-linked summary and a human bid or no-bid decision.
Field reporting with supervisor review
A proposed route from field notes and photos to a supervisor-reviewed report and an assigned follow-up.
Clinic intake with staff approval
A proposed queue for administrative enquiries, draft replies and staff-confirmed next steps.
The Better First Pilot
Start with a small task, a defined reviewer and a sample you can check. The pilot should show whether the proposed process is useful before more systems are connected.
Write the task, data source, owner, reviewer, and expected output in plain English.
Decide what AI may draft, what it may never touch, and when a human must approve.
Pick one signal: hours saved, fewer missed items, faster response, fewer errors, or better follow-up.
If the pilot works, connect more systems. If not, fix the workflow before adding complexity.
